At Croydon Colombia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your footwear or apparel doesn't fit perfectly, you have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
Request Authorization
Log in to your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in unworn, original condition.
Ship the Items
Print the provided prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized national courier point or schedule a home pickup.
Quality Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
